Most Services, once agreed, can be provided remotely via standard secure remote access methods to the SQL environment, ensuring we minimise passing on any unnecessary costs to the customer.

 

Due to the nature of databases and data being in constant use, we expect that project tasks undertaken within production environments will be applied in agreed maintenance windows "out of hours", following sufficient testing and sign off within a separate test environment..
